1. When you are Unable to Receive Emails in Your Yahoo Mail

Generally, the problem receiving emails in Yahoo Mail is caused because sometimes Yahoo filters the important emails as junk and thus prevents them from getting into your inbox. In such a case, you will need to do the following:
• Go to the Yahoo Mail sign-in page, sign in to your account and click on the Gear icon. A drop-down menu will appear on your screen.
• From the drop-down menu, you will need to select the Settings option. You will be directed to the Settings window.

NOTE: If you are still not able to receive emails, you can search for the emails under the Spam folder. If you find emails there, simply open it and click on the option Not Spam option located at the bottom of your window. The email will be moved to your inbox and all future corresponding emails from this address will be delivered directly to the Inbox folder.
